All 259 guest rooms have recently been completely renovated and are intended to provide guests with a rich, residential experience that is reminiscent of home. A beautiful renovation of Atrium, Lobby, and all public areas have recently been completed.

Deposit & Penalty:
Guests who no-show or cancel within 48 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged a one-night penalty by the hotel.
SXSW Reservation Cancellation/Change Deadline:
SXSW will charge a $50 processing fee to the credit card on file for each reservation that is cancelled or reduced in length of stay within 21 days of scheduled check-in.
